These booking conditions apply to tours and programmes from Tonttu Tärmön Paja websites, applicable to tours lasting under 24 hours and without accommodation. You can buy the tours from our webpages www.tonttutarmonpaja.fi or you can order the tours from Tonttu Tärmön Paja  simply by sending us an email at [email protected]. To book the tour we always need the name of the person/group, billing address (at the point of making the order), the number of people and desired tour date and time. If you don’t find from our choice of packages one that suits you, we also tailor tours according to your wishes. 

Prices

Our prices are based on a price in person in our web shop, otherwise on an agreement. Package prices usually contain the services that have been mentioned in the package – normally guidance, entrance fees and possibly a snack. The prices do not contain a coach or other form of transport (this does not include the day trips). The price includes the commission, taxes and VAT. Prices are set in Euros. Tonttu Tärmön Paja reserves the right to changes.

Reservations

For every booking order you will always receive written confirmation of your reservation via email. Buying from the web shop you receive a ticket. It is always a good idea to read the reservation confirmation through so that the dates and times correspond to what was agreed via web shop, email or on the phone. The booking confirmation is not valid as an invoice. The invoice will be sent to your email address before and after your tour, usually we charge half of the price in advance.

Changes

The booking is billed according to the reserved number of people. Changes to the number of people needs to be made at the latest 48 hours before the tour by contacting [email protected].  If the agreed date of the group tour is changed, we reserve the right to charge a €10 administration fee. If the group is delayed from the set guide times as agreed, the guide will wait for 30 minutes at the designated meeting site and then carry out guidance for the agreed period. However, the group will still be subject to full payment of the guide.

Cancellations

All reservation cancellations and changes must be made immediately in writing to [email protected]. Cancellations or changes will be valid as of the date when the Tonttu Tärmön Paja has confirmed we have received the request. If the tour has been bought from the web shop, the customer cancels the tour from there without fee 24 hours before the tour, after that the full price will be charged.
